It is a service provided to anyone who has an architectural plan or space designed by him and wants to consult him before final approval and review of engineering plans.
: Where we can handle many things, including
Providing advice on where there is a design error, adjusting wasted spaces for large places or expanding narrow spaces, modifying corridors, … etc
Where our goal is for the client to reach comfort with the scheme and solve his problems as much as possible
The customer gets this service for a fee
( 70 K.D) per hour
What do we need from the client:
1- Talking comfortably about the purpose of the plan and what he wants to change or did not feel comfortable being in the plan.
2- Sending pdf images of the plan before taking the appointment, with a minimum of two days from the consultation date, to ensure that the customer gets the maximum benefit.
Client gets :
Modifications to the plan, as much as possible, in a sketch image, according to what was discussed in the consultation and according to the engineering solutions that were found.
